Terms of Service

Last updated: 26 October 2026. By requesting a quote or placing an order with JiuyuHub (Nanjing Jiuyuhui Environmental Technology Co., Ltd.), you agree to the terms below.

1. Quotations

Quotations are itemized factory prices. JiuyuHub earns from the export tax rebate and does not add hardware markup. Quotes are valid for the period stated and are subject to final confirmation against your process specifications.

2. Payment

We accept T/T (telegraphic transfer) and L/C (letter of credit). Payment terms are confirmed per order. For first-time distributors, a deposit may apply.

3. Lead time & delivery

Stock items typically ship within 3–5 working days; made-to-order instruments within 2–4 weeks. Delivery dates are estimates and exclude customs clearance and local transport, which remain the buyer's responsibility.

4. Specifications & selection

Instrument selection must be matched to your actual process conditions (medium, range, temperature, pressure, installation). Final model confirmation is performed by our engineers before production. The buyer is responsible for confirming applicability to its intended use.

5. Intellectual property

All site content, drawings and technical documentation remain the property of JiuyuHub or its manufacturing partners. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

6. Disclaimer

Instruments are supplied for professional industrial use. JiuyuHub is not liable for misuse, improper installation, or consequences of decisions made solely on website content. Applicable contractual terms govern each order.
