LV50 是一款智能箱式多通道切换阀，集成在 202.9 × 100 × 96 mm 的机箱内，内置控制器。按键面板、LED 显示屏与 RS232/RS485 串口共同支持位置顺序、停留时长、循环次数、成员数量等参数的现场编程，无需连接上位机。
机箱内置 TC20C 阀头，可接入 6、8、10 或 12 通道。触液部件仅有氧化铝陶瓷，转子与定子均不含金属；整机以 DC24V ±10% 供电，功耗 20 W。
LV50 与单一多通道阀头有何不同？
单一阀头是被动模块，仍需外接控制器。LV50 自带按键、显示屏与串口，程序载入后可独立运行。
LV50 能否脱离上位机独立运行？
可以。按键、旋转编码器与 LED 显示屏覆盖全部编程步骤；RS232/RS485 用于与数据记录仪远程握手。
6/8/10 通道与 12 通道有何区别？
两者共用 1.2 mm 流道与 TC20C 阀头，但端口至端口容积从 6/8/10 通道的 27.5 微升 变为 12 通道的约 26.3–27 微升。
阀头能否现场更换？
阀头遵循 6 孔及以上通用阀位接口，匹配阀头可在断电后更换；恢复前需重新灌注液路。
