Frequently asked
How is the price set?
Under Model 1 we quote the factory's ex-works price directly — no hidden equipment margin. Under Model 2 we add a single fixed service fee on top of the same factory price. We never mark up the instruments themselves.
Who keeps the export tax rebate?
In Model 1 the rebate is our only compensation for the sourcing work, and it is stated openly. In Model 2 the rebate follows the export flow and the service fee is agreed up front, so the commercial picture stays clear either way.
What about delivery terms and lead time?
We price on an EXW (ex-works) basis; export handling is done by us or by your nominated freight forwarder. Exact terms and lead time are confirmed per inquiry once we know the instrument list and destination port.
How fast do you respond?
Engineering and commercial questions get a reply within 24 hours. For a specific duty, the fastest route is to run the relevant calculator and send us the exported record.
