DOZ100 是一款笔式溶解臭氧测量仪,用于验证消毒水中的臭氧残留——清洗食品接触表面、消毒瓶罐或抛光饮用水所用的水。测量范围 0.00–10.00 mg/L,分辨率 0.01 mg/L,精度 ±1 % F.S.。
其可更换的无膜溶解臭氧电极消除了臭氧探头的两大传统痛点:没有会老化的膜,也无需补充电解液。校准为 2 点程序(一个零点加一个工作点),90 g 单节 AAA 电池机身带自动/手动温度补偿。
为什么测臭氧残留而不是余氯?
两者都是氧化剂,但臭氧会分解回氧气,不留下持久化学残留。已经用臭氧的工厂选择 DOZ100 来确认使用点的有效残留,而无需更换药剂体系。
「无膜电极」实际意味着什么?
老式臭氧探头使用透气膜和内部电解液,需要定期更换。本电极设计上不依赖这两种耗材,寿命到了直接更换电极头即可。
2 点校准如何操作?
先用无氧介质校准零点,再在量程内任意工作浓度校准第二点。两点校准能保证在消毒水典型的低残留区间读数准确。
DOZ100 与 FCL100 有何区别?
两者是同家族笔式氧化剂仪表。DOZ100 用无膜臭氧电极测溶解臭氧 0.00–10.00 mg/L;FCL100 用自有电极测同量程的游离余氯。
