S3000CA 是以真空为基准的绝压变送器,量程可从 0-2.5kPa 至 250kPa、0-30kPa 至 3MPa 选择。由于基准是真空而非大气,读数不随大气压变化漂移,适合真空蒸馏、真空包装与蒸发器绝压控制等场合。

接液膜片可选 316L 不锈钢、哈氏合金 C、镀金 316L 或 FEP 涂层 316L,既能适应温和的蒸汽与气体,也能应对强腐蚀性介质。可测量液体、气体与蒸汽,按 ISO 9001 质量管理体系制造,CE/RoHS/FDA 合规视型号而定。

选型须知

  1. 请确认工艺是否真正需要绝压测量;若以大气为基准即可,同一管线用表压变送器可能更简便。
  2. 按介质选择膜片:常规工况选 316L,强酸选哈氏合金 C,高纯或含氢工艺选镀金,强腐蚀介质选 FEP 涂层。
  3. 量程档应覆盖正常运行压力,量程下限尽量接近实际最小值以获得最佳分辨率。

绝压以真空为基准,包含大气压力,不随天气变化漂移;表压以当地大气为基准,会随气压波动而变化。
