SE10A 是一台电磁流量计，意味着流道内没有任何活动部件。它依据法拉第电磁感应定律工作：导电流体在磁场中流动时，会产生与流速成正比的电压。由于管路中没有会磨损或被污堵的部件，压力损失基本等同于一段直管。
代价是被测液体必须导电——电导率不低于 5 uS/cm，软化水则不低于 20 uS/cm。油类、多数溶剂和超纯水完全无法用这一原理测量。仪表为一体式结构，转换器装在传感器上而非分体安装，由 24 VDC 供电。
能测反向流吗？
可以。仪表可测量正向和反向流量，并分别累计。
有哪些压力等级？
1.0、1.6、2.5 和 4.0 MPa，另有 Class 150 和 Class 300 法兰等级。
