大孔径 SV07M 是一款围绕更宽流道设计的多通道切换阀。陶瓷转子在陶瓷定子内转动，通过转子沟槽将中心端口与选定出口连通。液体仅接触这两个陶瓷零件，因此流路呈化学惰性且不含金属。
共 3 组阀头，流道分别为 2.0 mm、1.5 mm 与 3.0 mm，通道数 6 至 16。端口间容积从 61.1 微升至 254 微升，远高于窄流道阀头。取舍很直接：流道越宽，黏稠或含颗粒液体走得越快，但端口之间携带的残液也越多。
有哪些通道数与孔径可选？
共 3 组阀头：2.0 mm 流道对应 6/8/10/12 通道，1.5 mm 对应 16 通道，3.0 mm 对应 6/8 通道。端口间容积分别为 106.8、61.1 与 254 微升。
什么时候该选大孔径？
当液体黏稠、含悬浮颗粒或需要快速输送时，选宽流道。窄流道阀头则适合痕量分析——此时残留比速度更重要。
该阀可处理哪些液体？
液体仅接触氧化铝陶瓷，因此在 100 摄氏度限值内可使用强腐蚀性试剂与高纯水。请针对具体介质确认密封件兼容性。
能否脱离上位机运行？
可以。RS232 或 RS485 串口指令可直接驱动，PLC 也可通过 Modbus 控制。ASCII 与 Modbus 在同一硬件上可用。
