CON3000C 是一款 98 × 98 mm 紧凑型面板电导率监控仪,通过一支电极同时输出电导率、溶解性总固体(TDS)和温度三个数值。外形尺寸 98 × 98 × 130 mm、开孔 93 × 93 mm、整机重 0.6 kg,适合装在标准 144 × 144 mm 仪表放不进去的控制柜与成套撬装设备中。
量程由电极常数决定,而不是由变送器决定。本机支持 K=0.01(0–20 uS/cm)、K=0.1、K=1.0、K=10.0 到 K=30.0(0–100.0 mS/cm)共五档常数,TDS 随常数对应从 0–10 mg/L 到 50 000 mg/L。基本误差:电导率与 TDS 为满量程的 ±1.0% ±1 个字,温度为 ±0.5 °C。
CON3000C 与 144 × 144 mm 电导率仪有什么区别?
主要是面板空间和继电器数量。CON3000C 开孔 93 × 93 mm、提供两组继电器触点;大表壳提供三组且显示面积更大。测量性能基本相当。
TDS 是直接测出来的吗?
不是。TDS 由电导率读数按换算系数计算得出,因此其准确度取决于该系数是否贴合您水样中实际溶解固体的成分。
电极能耐多高温度?
最高 150 °C,具体取决于所选电极配置。订货时务必确认电极本体的耐温等级,因为变送器与电极的限值并不相同。
需要什么电源?
85–265 VAC(50 Hz)或 9–36 VDC 均可,两种供电功耗都不超过 3 W。直流方案适合太阳能供电和移动式装置。
两次校准之间读数稳定吗?
电子单元 24 小时稳定性为满量程的 ±0.1% ±1 个字,重复性在 0.1% 以内。实际使用中的漂移多来自电极结垢,因此清洗周期比校准频率更关键。
