SV21 涡街流量计的工作原理

SV21 是面向液体、气体和蒸汽测量的涡街流量计。当流体通过时,阻挡体在下游交替泄出涡街;涡街脱落频率与流速成正比,仪表通过计数涡街得出体积流量。表体介质温度标准为 -40 至 250℃,可选至 350℃,工作压力可达 25 MPa 或 Class150 至 Class1500 法兰等级。

DN15 至 DN300 共 11 个公称口径覆盖小口径到大口径工艺管线,支持夹持和法兰安装。检测探头为 316L 不锈钢,接液部件为 304 或 316L;过程连接可选碳钢、304、316 或 316L。支持 HART、Modbus 或 Profibus 通信,可配分离式变送器,适合工厂 DCS、资产管理和远程监测。
