ST51 是面向气体测量的热式质量流量计,采用管段式(管道式)结构。探头中的两支铂电阻传感器测量被流动气体带走的热量;冷却效应与质量流量成正比,因此在额定范围内读数不受压力和温度影响。因为输出是质量,仪表不需要温度或压力补偿。
管段式安装使湿润长度短、流型稳定。10 至 100 mm 共 7 个公称口径覆盖小口径气体分配和燃烧器供气;过程连接为法兰或螺纹。仪表工作环境为 -25 至 60℃、相对湿度 5% 至 90%,防护等级 IP67,因此适用于无加热的机柜和户外机壳。
ST51 为什么是气体质量流量计而不是体积式流量计?
