ST54 是面向气体测量的热式质量流量计,采用插入式(探头)结构。两支铂电阻传感器测量被流动气体带走的热量;冷却效应与质量流量成正比,因此在额定范围内读数不受压力和温度影响。输出是质量,因此不需要温度或压力补偿。
插入式探头通过 1.6 MPa 额定球阀安装,可在不停气的情况下装入或取出仪表。80 至 2000 mm 共 8 个公称口径覆盖主管线和大口径气体分配。探头工作环境为 -25 至 60℃、相对湿度 5% 至 90%,防护等级 IP67。
ST54 为什么是气体质量流量计而不是体积式流量计?
气体密度随压力和温度剧烈变化,体积读数会漂移。ST54 直接测量气体质量,无需补偿。
